Martin Creighan
Vice President, Asia Pacific
Inspired by people, building new relationships and a continuous curiosity of learning, Vice President of Sales, Martin Creighan joined the Commvault leadership team in June 2023 to propel Commvault’s innovative brand and award-winning software and SaaS offerings into the Asia Pacific markets.
Creighan has over three decades of experience and brings a wealth of leadership expertise and knowledge in the software, cloud, technology, telecommunications and defence industries, having held numerous senior leadership and sales positions. Prior to joining Commvault, Creighan was the Vice President and General Manager of Cloud Software Group (Citrix, NetScaler and Tibco) Australia and New Zealand, where he was responsible for go-to-market execution and revenue/profit growth. He previously held senior sales and general management leadership roles at AT&T, Radware, SecureNet/Baltimore Technologies and was an Operations Specialist and Master Training Specialist with the United States Navy.
Creighan holds a Bachelor of Business from The National University of San Diego, California, and is a Certified Master Training Specialist from the US Navy.
Brian Lanigan

As Chief Partner Officer, Brian Lanigan is responsible for advancing Commvault’s technical alliances, product partnerships, and business development initiatives across our hyperscalers, MSPs, resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and our other strategic partners.
Lanigan is a proven sales leader with extensive experience building and driving high-growth interconnected partner ecosystems for security, protection, and AI-driven companies. Most recently, he transformed SentinelOne’s partner organization into an interconnected ecosystem to solve customers’ most comprehensive security challenges, enabling the company to surpass $1B in ARR. Additionally, Lanigan was instrumental in evolving Lacework from a primarily direct sales model to a predominantly partner-aligned business, as well as building Splunk’s successful MSP and GSI ecosystems and significantly advancing its partnerships with Accenture and AWS.
Lanigan has a bachelor’s from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego. He resides with his family near San Francisco.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Jo is a highly respected business leader known for her energetic, people-first leadership style and proven ability to build high-performing partner ecosystems. She has successfully developed and executed go-to-market strategies, scaled channel businesses, and led sales and alliance organisations across Asia Pacific and Japan. Prior to Commvault, Jo held senior leadership roles at Nortel, Avaya, and Citrix, where she was responsible for scaling the company’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) business across Asia Pacific and Japan, helping partners accelerate cloud adoption and deliver recurring revenue growth. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in driving profitable expansion across the cloud, SaaS, security, and digital transformation markets.
Widely recognised across the technology channel community, Jo was named a CRN Channel Chief, recognising her leadership, industry influence, and commitment to partner success. She is a passionate advocate for partner-led innovation, mutually beneficial alliances, and the development of diverse, high-performing teams. With a proven track record of delivering transformative results across enterprise technology markets, Elliot brings deep expertise in building and developing high-performance teams, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and expanding SaaS solutions on a global level. Prior to joining Commvault, Elliot spent nearly a decade at EMC and Dell Technologies in various sales and sales leadership roles. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Certified Public Accountant, building a strong foundation in finance and business operations. Elliot holds a degree from Ohio University with a focus in Accounting, Business Law, and Sales. Raghu Chary leads Commvault’s Managed Services go-to-market and sales team across Asia Pacific, helping partners and customers accelerate cyber resilience outcomes through innovative MSP-led business models. A seasoned technology sales and channel leader, Raghu brings more than 20 years of experience spanning managed services, enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. Having spent a decade selling complex IT managed services and another decade driving infrastructure and cloud solutions, he has built deep expertise across both direct customer engagement and partner-led routes to market. His broad experience working with customers, service providers, and strategic partners enables him to create win-win outcomes that deliver business value for customers, growth opportunities for partners, and strong results for the organisation.
Prior to joining Commvault, Raghu spent more than 10 years at HPE, where he led multiple partner portfolios across the Asia Pacific region. Originally from India, he relocated to Sydney in 2007, where he and his family spent over 15 years before moving to Singapore in 2022. Raghu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.

Prior to joining Commvault, he held senior engineering and leadership roles at VMware and Cisco, where he spent a combined 15 years helping organisations navigate complex technology transformations.
A passionate advocate for cybersecurity, DT has been actively involved in the ethical hacking community and contributed to the non-profit cybersecurity organisation Hack In The Box. He holds a Master of Science in Advanced Cyber Security and an MBA from Imperial College London, bringing a unique combination of technical depth and strategic business acumen to his leadership role.

RIMBA by AYANA sits within the 90-hectare AYANA Estate in Jimbaran — jungle-side rooms, clifftop bars and everything in between.
Sessions are business casual. The Welcome Reception at Rock Bar is smart casual. Event shirts will be provided for the Welcome Reception (Day 1) and the PAB Appreciation Dinner (Day 2). Bali is warm and humid in August (typically 24–30°C) — light, breathable fabrics are your friend, plus swimwear and sunscreen for downtime.
When and where is registration?
Registration is open Tuesday 11 August, 4:00–6:00 PM in the WANA Lobby, where you’ll collect your name badge. Arriving after 6:00 PM? Meet YC at Rock Bar to collect your badge.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at RIMBA by AYANA is from 3:00 PM on Tuesday 11 August, and check-out is by 12:00 PM on Thursday 13 August. Luggage assistance and storage are available before departure transfers.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability. Please check with the Front Desk or chat with the Concierge via the AYANA app.
How do I get between AYANA and RIMBA?

Are meals included?
Yes — daily breakfast at To’Ge, lunches on both event days, the Welcome Reception dinner at Rock Bar and the PAB Appreciation Dinner at KISIK Pier are all included.

How do I sign up for activities?
Sunrise Yoga is optional, and on Thursday afternoon you can choose Putting Golf or a Spa Massage. Preferences were collected ahead of the event and are locked in.
Is Bali tap water safe to drink?
No, Bali tap water is not safe for drinking. You will find bottled water provided by the hotel, including by your bathroom sink. Please use the bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth, rather than the tap water.
What currency should I bring?
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cards are widely accepted at the resort, and all event meals and activities are covered — you’ll only need money for personal extras.
